Could I be pregnant even though my hpt is negative?

I've been having pregnancy symptoms for the last 6 months but all my test results are coming back negative so I bought a home fetal doppler and heard three different heartbeats so I looked up what the sounds represented and it said one with the whooshing sounds is my heartbeat the one that sounds like galloping horses is the baby heartbeat and the one that sounds like wind blowing through trees is the placenta so if I'm hearing these sounds could I really be pregnant even though my hpt is negative. Please help me

So, it has occurred that women do not trigger a positive pregnancy test when they are really are pregnant.  It's very rare and I am not sure why they don't.  Not sure if that is you or not.  Other things do cause pregnancy like symptoms.  Are you getting periods?  Would you be able to see your doctor for help?  Have they done blood work on you?  They could always give you an ultrasound or use their doppler and explain what you hear.  That might confirm pregnancy or ease your mind that you aren't, whichever they feel is the case.  ??  I'd go this route and try to get a doctor to help you understand the situation.  And if you are not pregnant, you can talk about why you are having these hormonal issues that cause the symptoms of pregnancy.  Would you be six months then?  You'd also start to have other things happening if you were that far along like . . . a baby moving around that you can see from the outside.  :>)  Have you had any other kiddos?

Good afternoon and thank you for responding to my question and yes I'm feeling and seeing movements in my stomach I've asked health professionals about what's going on with me and they just says that since all my test results are negative then I'm not pregnant I even recorded the sounds from my home fetal doppler and they just look with their eyes buck and says well my test results are negative so they aren't explaining the sounds or the fact that I'm feeling movements. So I finally convinced one doctor to do a blood test yesterday and I went this morning and yes I'm pregnant so I'm so very happy. So Monday I start my prenatal care. Since I knew I was pregnant already I've been taking prenatal vitamins and watching what I ate exercising and trying to get plenty of rest and by the way I'm 27 weeks as of tomorrow and we're having a little girl. Thanks for caring
