Could I be pregnant?

Yesterday around 1pm I had sex for the first time in over a year. My partner and I used a condom. However, I am not on birth control. I feel extremely weird today. Sorry for the too much information, but today I fingered myself and white stuff was on my finger. That can't be sperm right? Someone told me that might be female discharge that all women get, and someone else said it could of been a spermicide condom my partner used. Do I need to go to a drugstore and buy Plan B? I really do not want to go out and buy that stuff. I took it once before and it messed up my period bad. My period was 1 month late, then came again, then skipped a month, then came again but early so I think it reset itself because now it comes on the 12th of every month.

So my question is, should I buy Plan B? Am I going to get pregnant? Yes we used a condom, no he did not c u m inside me and he did much later but we weren't haven't sex so nothing happened inside of me. If my period does come next week I should be safe?

You don't need emergency contraceptive. While condoms are not 100% effective, you used one and he didn't ejaculate inside- you're fine. You wouldn't feel anything today from having sex yesterday if you were pregnant, it takes a couple of weeks before implantation. The stuff on your finger is discharge.
