Could I be pregnant?

I have been off and on birth control pills for 5 years. I take ortho lo. I have been back on the pills for 3 months. First month I didn't take right at all, still had a period. The second month I done a day 1 start because I had missed so many pills in the first month. I done fine with taking them expect I missed one day, but instead of taking it when I remembered I skipped that dose and just continued taking one a night so it threw it off. I should have ended my pills on that Friday 6/3 instead ended Saturday 6/4. I had unprotected sex that Sunday 6/5. I took plan b on 6/6 Monday due to being one pill off concerned me. Note: I have had unprotected sex a couple of times during this month of pills as well, and I have taken plan b different time and has never messed with my cycle, but I know it can. My period should have came that week, but it never did. So I chalked it up
To the plan b and took my pills on the day they where due to take which was 6/10. I have been taking them same time every night correctly since 6/10. 6/14 I was noted with light brown discharge I thought might be my period, but I have continued having this brown discharge, it's thick stringy I have never had anything lik it before. Today thought it's still brown but has a pink tint in it. I have taken pregnancy tests all negative, I had one over the weekend that looked like it had a very faint second line but I took one after and it was negative and all have been since. I have been havin light cramping on and off for two days as well. I never have cramping with periods. As will as this discharge is only when I wipe, I had a little on my panties twice but nothing like a period. So I am concerned if I could be pregnant, or what could be going on. I didn't think I would be having any type bleeding finishing the second week of pills. Thank you for your answers.
