Could I be pregnant?

I'm still a virgin, but my boyfriend and I were messing around and I gave him a blowjob and some of his semen got on my hand so I rubbed it off on a towel and my hand was still a bit sticky so then I rubbed it on the lower part of my thigh. I had underwear and shorts on during all of this but now my period is late (I usually have irregular periods) and today I noticed cramping in my vagina rather than in my abdomen, which I read this is an early sign of pregnancy.

No, you can't become pregnant that way. Semen would have to come in direct contact with your vagina in order for you to become pregnant. If you still feel doubtful, you could always take a pregnancy test to find out whether you are pregnant, or not.
