Could I be pregnant even with negative tests?

Three home pregnancy tests are negative and one blood test showed that I wasn't pregnant but my FSH was elevated, which means, according to the doctor, that I'm in menopause. I've had no pregnancy symptoms, but I had unprotected sex about 7 1/2 months ago and only had two periods since then and they were both very short. I'm not crazy, just very scared because in the past month, my stomach has gotten much bigger just in the front. I was under the influence when I did the deed, and if I'm pregnant, I'm in big trouble. All the evidence points to no, but I'm so worried. Any advice?

Agreed that there is no way you can be 7 months pregnant. I can imagine how worried you must be. Demand another doctor visit to explain your symptoms.

Thank you. I've scared myself by googling and found all kinds of things about something called cryptic pregnancy. I guess I should just stop googling and accept the fact that it's probably menopause and I'm getting fat, lol. I also had the doctor test me for a bunch of STDs immediately after the incident and waited about 3 months and tested for some other ones. Thanks for your response.
