Could I really be pregnant?

Hello I hope someone can help me. 4 years ago I had a tubal ligation. I am currently 27 years old. During my last period it was cut short by about 3 days or so. I also have chronic hiccups, which I've had every other time I've been pregnant. I also have back pain and full cramping, nausea, mild headaches, food cravings that for me are strange, i am sensitive to smells not necessarily in a bad way, I feel bloated and it is all occurring a week and a half before my period should start. Is it possible I am pregnant?

It’s unlikely you are pregnant, but your hormones are certainly in an uproar. Run a test to be sure, and get a glandular checkup in the near future. Best of luck.
