Could i be pregnant?

I am on Lo Loestrin Fe and last pill pack I accidentally skipped two white pills and two blue pills. I consistently have unprotected sex with my husband. A week after my last period I had slight spotting with brown tissue-like discharge and white like mucus along with cramping This lasted a few days. Now I’m moody and nauseous in the morning. I’m due for my next period in three days. Should I be concerned for pregnancy?

The sugar pills which are the ones that are only 7 in a pack (the off week) don't matter but the others definitely do.  Missing two pills means you could end up ovulating.  You will need to take a test to make sure you didn't get pregnant from this forgetting of the pills!  Let me know what happens!
