So I was masturbating with my girlfriend. After I ejaculated I wiped all the semen off with wet wipes and waited again for around 30 mins to an hour to penetrate her. Did i get her pregnant? I am scared

By 'penetrate her' do you mean that you have vaginal sex?  If not, then you really can't get her pregnant.  If you did have vaginal sex, even if you ejaculated previously, pregnancy is a risk- she can wait a few weeks and take a test to help know for sure.

Basically, if the penis is inside the vagina without a condom, pregnancy is a risk.  The reason is that the penis emits small amounts of sperm while thrusting even before the final ejaculation.  Is this a lot?  No.  But it can be enough,  However, pregnancy and conception has a lot to do with timing for the woman.  Where she was at in her cycle.  But if you put your penis in her, then yes, you risked pregnancy if you were not wearing a condom EVEN if you did not ejaculate.  Always use condoms!  Even if she says she is on the pill, don't risk it.  Anyone you've had sex with who suspects pregnancy can get an accurate result around 2.5 weeks after you had unprotected penetration with them.  good luck and be safe
