Do you think I could be pregnant?

My boyfriend has been away for work so we've been doing long distance. He just came home on leave march 4-17 and I usually start my period the 9,10,11,12th of each month... well we've were having lots of sex while he was home and we had unprotected sex Wednesday the 9th when my period was supposed to start and we had unprotected sex the next morning but afterwards we went and bought the morning after pill.. i still haven't started my period and it's march 18th... my period is 11 days late. On march 17th I felt sick late at night and threw up for no reason and then felt fine afterwards..I don't know if I was just sick or ate to much fish....I also have had breast tenderness for all of the 11 days and stomach cramps but the cramps don't feel like period cramps they feel different and I've also had some lower back pain....I've also been kind of emotional.

But I have taken 3 home pregnancy tests and they all have said negative but I'm not sure if it's to early for them to give me a correct answer. Could I be pregnant? What do you think??

Timing wise, it doesn't sound like a likely time to get pregnant but you do risk pregnancy every time you have unprotected sex.  BUT< you took the morning after pill.  That is effective if you took it within 72 hours.  However, it does mess up your cycle for 2 to 3 months after. Expect to be irregular.  And please use protection if an unexpected pregnancy would be unwelcome.  good luck

Thank you for your response I really appreciate it! I didn't think the timing would be a likely time to get pregnant either but you're correct every time you have unprotected sex there could be a chance of pregnancy.  But the morning after pill paper said if your period doesn't start for a week after it's supposed to start you could be pregnant so to get a test. So I took all three and they were negative but idk if it could be too early. Like I've said I feel like I've been having symptoms and I threw up randomly the other day.  If I'm pregnant I will be scared but very happy. my boyfriend and I are younger in our 20s but I know that we could handle a baby if we are pregnant.
