Does it sound like I'm pregnant?

Okay, so about 3 weeks ago my boyfriend and I sort of had unprotected sex. I say sort of because he did not finish inside of me. He also urinated before, I took a Take Action (a cheaper form of Plan B- I believe it causes more side effects than Plan B) 13 hours afterwards, he was inside of me for only a few seconds, and my period is irregular to begin with. I am worried that I may be pregnant despite all of the factors in my favor. I've been experiencing some weird symptoms:
- swollen and sore breasts
-bluish veins on my breasts
-cramping and stomach pains
-I don't want to eat as much as I normally do
-a small increase in the amount of times I urinate a day. I've urinated today about 4 times, but I haven't had that much water.
-a small amount of bloating in the beginning. It is almost gone now.
-aching in my lower abdomen, almost like a throb
-milky discharge. This started today.
My period is irregular to begin with, and if my period were to come exactly a month from my last one, I will be due in about 4-5 days. The unprotected sex occurred about 2 weeks from my last period, which I know is normally the time women ovulate. I'm very concerned- I know the chances of me being pregnant are very small, but I'm so unsure now...
I've also heard two "facts" about precum that could be either detrimental or favorable in my circumstances:
1) I've read online that precum can only contain sperm if sperm is left in the urethra from a previous ejaculation. This sperm can be killed/washed out if a guy urinates.
2) contrary to this, I've also heard that some men always have sperm in their precum, and some men never do.
I'm very young and really don't want a baby right now, but please be honest... does it sound like I may be pregnant? I'm planning on taking a test next week.

All pre ejaculation can impregnate you.  And urination does nothing to prevent anything.   :)  However, you took plan B (cheap version or otherwise) and that should upset the apple cart so that if by chance it was a time in which your cycle was ripe for conception ---  that should curtail any chance of pregnancy.  At two weeks from your last period, it would be a more fertile time.  I'm sorry to say that.

It's just good policy that if you put a penis in your vagina, you've risked pregnancy. To ever have any kind of true study is impossible.  But I can't tell you how many posts we have from those who never had a man ejaculate in their vagina that ended up pregnant.

Anyway, plan b prevents pregnancy.  It may make your period late, so don't be upset about that.  It's a big dose of hormones and it throws the system off.  You can test when your period is due--- fingers crossed it will be negative and it probably will.  good luck and let us know.
