has anyone experienced brown discharge or spotting with a late period?

I thought the same thing I thought I was getting my period because I had a little light pink blood when I used the bathroom. But it was Just because I was in the early stage of my pregnancy.

I get that as my norm unrelated to pregnancy.  Lucky me, right?

That's how I found out I was pregnant. I thought I was getting my period so I put a pad on and then I never got my period cause I was pregnant lol
