so confused

im 18 me and my boyfirend have been trying to get pregnant since december and i cant seem to get pregnant i am 4 days late for my period and have taken 2 pregnancy test and  they were negative so i dont know what is going on please help

i have an ovulation tracker app and i read an article saying to try to have intercourse 3 times a week every week so u have a better chance of hitting ur ovulation i havent had stress this last few months  but i cant seem to keep any food down with my daughter i had horrible morning sickness and im feeling the same way i felt with her so idk

Stress can cause a late period, on top of many other things. When your TTC, you should give it up to a year to get pregnant, even women in great health, tracking their ovulation regularly, etc, take months or years to get pregnant, it's not as easy as you'd think! How are you tracking your ovulation?
