Has anyone been 9weeks late with strange symptoms?

PLEASE HELP!

Sorry this is long, but I want to be thorough. My last period was April 5. I am generally pretty regular.

No period in May. I assumed it was stress, although I felt alright.

On May 12, I was extremely nauseous out of nowhere and although I never vomited, I simply could not eat. I normally eat a hearty breakfast every morning but I couldn’t even think about food for 3 days.

May 20, I got a headache that lasted for 3 days, and when I felt slight heart flutters, I decided to go to the hospital. They ran a bunch of tests (pregnancy, negative) and said I was fine.

May 25, followed up with primary doc. Negative blood test.

I started to keep track of my symptoms at this point:

Friday 6/8/18
- extreme lower back pain
- fatigue (slept for 14 hrs straight)

Saturday 6/9/18
- some abdominal pressure/pain

Sunday 6/10/18
- generally ok

Monday 6/11/18
- extreme back lower pain
- Pulsating in lower abdomen
- Joint pain in knees and hips. Like stretching
- Cramping similar to period but way worse.

Tuesday 6/12/18
- back pain
- Heartburn
- Headache

Wednesday 6/21/18
- extreme exhaustion and dizziness. Cloudy all day at work.

6/28-29
- very bloated
- Random quick vaginal pain at opening
- Heartburn came back
- Prickly hands

I took tests throughout June, and stopped. I have 3 negative urine tests, one negative blood test.

I feel like my doc is kind of writing me off. When I told her I wanted to go over my symptoms, she told me I’m stressed and that I should get on Provera to force a period.

I don’t know what to do. Just looking for insight, and shared experiences.

Have you had your thyroid level or hormone levels checked?  I agree with purple that all the negative tests are pretty much saying you aren't pregnant.  When my thyroid was slow, I had periods every 3 to 4 months but would get PMS at week three and it would last until I got my period. What fun that was, ha ha.  Some of the things you write about are normal like the abdominal pulse. We all have that as we have a major artery that runs through there.  You may never have noticed it before but even if you WERE pregnant, it would have nothing to do with that pulse.  We tend to read things into what we are seeing when we are wondering and anxious.  Doctors like women to have periods every 3 months so it's a good time to schedule an appointment. They will rule out pregnancy (or in in the off chance you are one of the few who don't trigger a pregnancy test for some reason)---  and you can go from there to get to the bottom of this.  good luck

You have had a lot of negative tests- so I would say with 99% certainty that you are not pregnant.  I have heard of cases where a woman has not gotten a positive test the entire pregnancy, but those are extremely rare cases.  The symptoms you are seeing could very well be caused by stress- it never hurts to go to another doctor for a second opinion though- if you feel like that might not be an accurate diagnosis.

Thanks purple. I am trying to stay rational about it. I’ve never had stress affect my cycle like this so it’s all just confusing and a little frustrating. During the doc visit, she wouldn’t even take off her purse or her jacket or sit with me. She just blurted out an answer and kept it moving.
