Hi, i’m 16 and i’m terrified i’m pregnant. My boyfriend and I messed around maybe like a week ago. He fingered me first with all of his clothes on, then i gave him a hand job afterwards with all of my clothes on. But for some reason i have this underlying fear that i’m pregnant.

We didn’t have sex. But i was supposed to get my period the week after we messed around and it still hasn’t come. i’m scared out of my mind and my anxiety is so bad. Can someone please help me ?

Hello, you can't get pregnant from what you describe.  As long as you do not put his penis in your vagina without a condom on it, then you wont' get pregnant.  That's really important.  Unprotected intercourse is what makes you pregnant.  You had your clothes on and you didn't have his penis in your vagina. So you are not pregnant.  You may want to consider not really participating right now in this activity as it makes you really nervous and that isn't really worth it.  good luck

Hi Emily, it sounds like your adventure was not in the fertile window. Ovulation is usually 14 days before the expected period and the egg is only good for one day. Sperm can lie in wait for five days, so there is danger in the days before ovulation.

More important, there is no suggestion that any sperm could have got into your vagina. Your period was probably late because your hormones were upset by the sexual excitement. Maybe you are out of the woods already. These games progress a little further each time. Buy some of your own condoms when you sense that the time is coming close for a full engagement.
