Could I be pregnant?

For the past two and a half weeks now, I've had a very bloated lower abdominal region. This has not gone down or away. Everyday from morning to night, I feel really full like I just ate. I have very irregular periods and usually will also skip a month and not have one. I've been feeling more tired than usual. I took a pregnancy test last weekend but it was negative. However, since I don't have regular periods and I've had an eating disorder for the past few years, I don't think I have a high pregnancy hormones.
