How likely is it that I'm pregnant ?

Hi,  I had a positive urine pregnancy test before my period last month. Took another one and it was negative. My period arrived 3 days late and lasted 4 days. I took a blood test after my period and it came back negative. I've been experiencing bloating, gas, light cramping, fatigue and tender swollen bready since testing positive before my period. How likely do you think it is that I'm actually pregnancy regardless of the negative blood test. Is it worth testing again ?

Blood tests are usually extremely correct but I think its possible u had a miscarriage and pregnant again. Id retest. Both urine and blood on the day of or after u miss a period.
