If your penis wasn't inside of her, then no.  This can't get someone pregnant.  But if you put your penis even slightly inside, even just the tip ever so slightly in . . .  THAT can lead to pregnancy.  She may need to take a test and that's what I recommend.  good luck

Need help! Today is her 4th day of delayed period. She drink a paracetamol due to her headache and stomach pain and still have white mens, After a few hours she got her period but more painful to her stomach. Is it because of the paracetamol or she's not really pregnant? Need advice asap. Thanks in advance

If she's already missed her period, she should be able to take an accurate home pregnancy test.  Use first mornings urine.  They are pretty accurate.  Remember, stress compounds late periods and women are late all the time.  You weren't having full on sex so it would be an off chance that she got pregnant.  While it 'could' have happened, that does not mean it did.  And the chances are low.  So, really.
