I got my tubes tided over 6 years ago after my son, is it possible to get pregnant?

Suddenly a week ago I noticed my breasts felt larger with dull shooting pains on the sides of each breast, then the bra size that I have been wearing since my son was 2 years old is leaving tightness marks and its sore by my nipples. Plus I lost about 30 pounds about over 6 months ago and was at a size 10 and now my pants barely close and now 4 days later notice that my abdomen is hard like right underneath my scar of getting my tubes tied. I need to know if these are signs that there is a possibility I might be pregnant. I am a 42 woman and have 8 kids 3 are adults and I have 3 grandbabies.

Only ectopic, but this is a minute chance and is so rare.  Nothing to worry about.

Hm, your symptoms are strange, aren't they?  Sometimes, gulp, tubes being tied can fail.  If you had the clip method, the clips can come undone.  If you have the surgical cut method of tubal ligation, scar tissue can form in such a way that the tubes sort of fuse back together and make a path.  Unfortunately, with that, a possible pregnancy post tubal ligation is often ectopic. I would take a test.  Have you done that yet?  

You were pregnant before, does it feel like this?  

I'd take a test.  Then go from there.  Have you gotten regular periods after ligation?  What is happening with your cycle?
