I haven't got my period in almost 3 months

I was on Nexplanon for 2 and a half years, did not get periods until the end and it was very little. I had 2 normal ones after getting it removed 5 months ago,one the next day, one the following month. I am now going on month 3 of no period. Is this common?

It actually is.  Lots of women have trouble and don't have a period for a while or are irregular after Nexplanon removal.  I'd talk to your doctor if it goes on into this next month.  They may want to give you something to spur your period into happening so you can start to get regular again.  It's a pain, isn't it?  Sigh.
