I really believe I am pregnant, but keep getting negative test results.

Hi new friends!

My husband and I have been trying to get pregnant for about a year now and I finally went to the doctor last month to do some testing. They didn't find anything in my blood work or pap, but suggested I do a Uterus Ultrasound, however, said it was better to be a certain amount of days within my cycle so they could get a better image of my uterus - they said to call when I started my period this month and we could schedule it from there. I should have started around the first week of the month, but have yet to.  A few weeks ago, after I realized my period was a bit late, I started noticing certain changes in my body. Mainly to my breasts; I don't generally have any kind of pain or sensitivity, even prior to or during my period, but they started aching and then turned to straight pain. TMI, I've noticed my areolas have just... Changed. They're a bit darker, crazy sensitive, and they just look different. i have these big *** protruding veins now that we're never this prominent before. They also seem to be getting filler around the outside area, where I'm experiencing most of the pain. I can even feel a... Pocket? Of some sort under my nipples, which are almost always hard now, as well. I started getting nausea on Friday this past week and have been at the toilet almost all weekend. Another thing to mention, is I usually spot on and off all month, however, have not spotted at all. All in all, my body just... Feels different. In a way that is so hard to explain. I just feel it. I have now taken 5 tests over the course of two weeks, four have been at home tests (most recently done yesterday) and I had a blood test earlier this week.
Has anyone experienced these things, early into their pregnancy, or experienced these if they aren't pregnant? I have an appointment set with my OB on 4\3, but I am going crazy! I can't sleep, I cn barely eat (though, that's more because I keep puking... Lol) I am feeling discouraged, but also know that it just might be too early for the tests to actually be positive, but the unknown is just killing me. My symptoms haven't been as intense in my breasts this werkend, but I've noticed different things (mainly nausea and vomiting ) Ahhh. Thanks in advance!!
