I have a regular 28 day cycle but I'm 2 days late could I be pregnant?

Hello! I was wondering if anyone could give me their opinion on if they think I'm pregnant or not. The start of my last period was March 26th and it ended March 31st. My boyfriend and I were intimate on March 31st and April 1st as well as April 7th and April 8th. I'm not on birth control and he uses the withdrawal method. (Warning: TMI) On April 10th I had a wet feeling down there so I went to the bathroom. I was wearing a liner at the time and saw that there was brown and pink discharge with a very tiny amount of blood in it. That's never happened to me before mid cycle so I thought that was strange. For the past 4 days I have been experiencing period like cramps but they're very light. Usually my period cramps are painful to the point where I need a heating pad and I'm in tears. 2 days ago I felt wet down there so I went to the bathroom so I could put on a pad but I didn't see any blood on the pad. I had that feeling constantly yesterday as though I was about to start my period. Every time I went to the bathroom it was just 'water'. Today I thought I was getting my period for sure so I went to the bathroom and again nothing, expect this time there was a small amount of milky white discharge on the tissue and the water feeling. Today I would be two days late. I took the 88¢ pregnancy test from Walmart (I know it's not all the time accurate) last night just out of curiosity and it came back negative. What do you guys think could be going on?

It's always hard to gage. While there are more fertile times, you can get pregnant ANY time you have unprotected sex.  However, the sex you had the day after your period started (the first day of your period is cycle day one and I believe you are saying you got your period on may 31, that was day one of your cycle, right?) would be a less likely time. The other dates . . . more likely especially april 8.  I believe that would make you on cycle day 9 and that is when the more fertile window begins.  Sperm can live for up to a week.  You could be about to start your period, for sure.  But otherwise, take another test.  But with the next one, take it first thing in the morning with your first morning's urine.  That has the highest concentration of HCG if you are pregnant.  If it is negative and your period hasn't shown up for real, take another one one week later.  good luck
