Is my girlfriend pregnant

The last time me and my girlfriend had sex was around 5-6 months ago and was with the birth control pill and I also pulled out every time. She has shown no real sign of being pregnant and has had her period every time on time. Sometimes she gets pains in her back and she claims she constantly feels sick. She is now adiment that she might be pregnant and that even though it’s been six months and there is no bump that there is a one in a million chance that She might be pregnant and is really panicking, please note that she has had issues with anxiety all her life. My suspicion is that everything is okay but I just want to put her mind at rest
