I washed myself before fingering her. She says she feels cramps in her stomach since 3-4days as if she would be having her periods,but nothing happens. Is there a chance that she got pregnant by fingering? What if I got some sperm sticked to my finger.I feared this last month also,but her periods came on time. This time I am more worried because her periods has been delayed by 10days.We both are virgins

No, your girlfriend isn't going to get pregnant from fingering.  :>))  A penis needs to enter her vagina.  There may be a theoretical risk (I guess) but this really isn't how it happens and I wouldn't worry.  Women are late all the time and reasons why include stress, illness, changes in routine, weight gain or loss or just for no reason really at all but a blip in the hormones.
