Is she pregnant? Please answer!

Is she pregnant? Please answer.

Hi all. Me and my girl were fooling around about a week ago. We were mostly making out and some oral play. For about a moment I rubbed my penis on her vagina, or rather not even a rub it was more of a touch for about 2 seconds. There was no penetration and no ejaculation at all. I got really worried if something like pre cum got in and could get her pregnant. She decided she wanted to take a plan B and we IMMEDIATELY did after like 30 minutes to 1 hour after the ordeal. This was on the last day of her period as well. Also, this post was made with her approval.

Notable things:

I gave her oral after the penis touch and her vagina tasted salty and very sour-y. I know the vagina is usually acidic and this environment can kill sperm if some did get in there.

THERE WAS NO EJACULATION OR PENETRATION INSIDE THE VAGINA OR ANYWHERE NEAR IT.
She has gotten some bleeding about 5 - 6 days later after taking Plan B. She says she is still bleeding and has occasional cramps 2 days after the initial bleeding started. She says its too much to be spotting but not enough to be a period.

She says her right nipple was itching yesterday and googled it where it said nipple itchiness could be a sign of pregnancy.

If you didn't have an ejaculation or penetration on or near the vagina, then there is no threat of pregnancy.  Plan B was overkill.  But you guys went that route.  Now, it's important to know that taking plan b can alter your hormonal balance.  Most women are irregular 2 to 3 months after taking it.  It's a big dose of hormones that the body has to work through.  So, be prepared for that.  Nothing you have said sounds like she's pregnant.
