My period is missed or late? Or am I pregnant?

I never get my period on time. My period cycle length is 38 days. Sometimes 30, sometimes 33,sometimes 40 or 45. But I never been over 45 days. My last period was April 23rd. So I was about to get it around end of the month. But now it is June 7th and I still didn't get it. I didn't have sex but he rubbed his around me. And inserted a little. I'm still virgin and didn't get the hymn broken. Can I be pregnant? It been 3 weeks since he and I did this. And I'm not getting any signs of pregnancy. I recently moved to a hot climate and my diet has been changed. I been very very stressed out. So am I pregnant or is it stressed or diet changes? I tried pregnancy test and nothing showed up

Right! Having an intact hymen is no guarantee against pregnancy. Where blood can come out so sperm can swim in. Since you have no signs and a negative test, you can be pretty sure that you are late from stress, moving, or even sexual excitement.

Hi there.  If you are inserting a penis into your vagina. that is having sex.  Th penis emits small amounts of sperm that is enough to get you pregnant.  Don't do this anymore!  Get some condoms.  As to being pregnant, well, it is doubtful.  However, take a test.  You have been irregular for a long time it sounds and it continues. Your hormones may be out of sync.  Sometimes doctors will put someone on the pill to regulate them which may be a good route for you.  So, see your doctor to discuss the irregularity once you rule out pregnancy.  good luck
