Is this a baby? Is this implantation bleeding? Or me losing it? PLEASE HELP

I am 23 years old and i usually have a very regular and consistent mentrual. However me and my fiance have been trying to get pregnant about a month and a half ago i had a laproscopic cholecystectomy. Everything is going well now. I have been very dizzy and the doctor performed blood tests nothing out of the ordinary. a few more weeks went by and my nipples became extremely sensitive i wasn't expecting my cycle until the 23rd of this month. I started having severe headaches and a little blurred vision. Went back to my surgeon and he told me it was not surgery related everything was ok that I needed to seek a regular physician about possibly being pregnant. I took a home test and negative was what I got several times. Then two days before i expected my normal cycle i went to the bathroom and saw bright pink when I wiped this is very unusal for me. Traditionally I lasts 5 days and my cycles come with excrutiating pain and are severely heavy I probably go through six plus size pads a day if not more. But not this time. It was only present when I wiped that not it was gone the next morning same thing and the next evening it was gone wednesday morning the same thing wednesday night it increased but still not my normal dark and normal flow on thursday and friday yes it was indeed dark and heavy as usual same thing saturday and its still red today. The usual cycle would be brownish and lighter by day 5 and definately off that night. My cycle has eased up today but this is the first time since my first cycle on my 11th birthday that I have ever had a 7 day period and spotting it has never happened before. What can this be. Should I be worried. could this be a miscarriage. .

How did you find out that you were pregnant? Every home pregnancy test I took was negative. Maybe I was taking it too soon. When is a good time to take it? I am not hurting at all however I don't know if me taking headache medicine could be the wrong thing for me if I really am pregnant.

I'm having similar problem with you. I've been confused of whether or not I'm pregnant. I normally have regular menstrual cycles and it lasts 5-6 days, but last month, my period or light bleed came a week late and it only lasted for 3 days. It came along with cramps, sensitive nipples, headaches, and fatigues. Then came another month and my period is late again. Everytime I test myself for pregnancy is  always negative..

sounds like implantation.. I experienced the same thing, except it lasted the first 3 months of pregnancy. if your not experiencing pain, i wouldn't worry.
