When you say you had periods twice after having sex 2 1/2 months ago, were your periods normal, or were very light and spotty?

If you had sex after your last two periods, being 10 days late could be a pregnancy.  As you are not able to take a urine specimen to a pharmacist or do a home pregnancy test, it is difficult to say whether you are pregnant or not.  If you normally have regular periods every month, it is only when you have missed 2 months that the chances of a pregnancy is very high and probable.

The reason I asked what your other periods were like, is because sometimes in early pregnancy a woman can have little shows or very light bleeds.

With pain above your vagina, you may have a urinary tract infection, a vaginal infection, or pelvic inflammatory disease which is an infection in the neck of the womb (cervix), the womb (uterus) up to the Fallopian tubes and sometimes the ovaries

I suggest that you make an appointment to see your doctor so that he can check your urine sample for any urinary infection.  Also examine your tummy to see what is causing the pain.  Take blood tests to rule out other possible causes like your hormone balance and your iron levels.

As you have loss of appetite and also have a headache with the tummy pains this may be a urinary infection and only a doctor would be able to give you the correct diagnoses by doing a urine test.

Although you do not feel like eating, it is very important that you drink water and juices so that you do not become dehydrated, this also helps to clear any bacteria that may be in your urinary tract.

Other reasons for being late on a period is due to a hormone imbalance, anxiety and if you are anaemic.  The doctor would be able to take a blood test to find out if it is your hormones that are out of balance, whether you are anaemic or pregnant.

The sooner you make an appointment and see your doctor, the sooner you will get the right diagnosis and the appropriate treatment.

Let me know how you get on.

Best wishes.

God bless you too fizex.

Your tummy pains and headaches may have been to do with your periods coming.  This is called premenstrual syndrome, some times also known as premenstrual tension.  You can take pain relief as prescribed on the packet.  Make sure you always drink enough water and juices so that you do not become dehydrated.  Drinking too much water can be just as dangerous as getting dehydrated (not having enough water in the body).  About 2 litres of fluids per day is fine, more if you sweat a lot.  Dehydration can also lead to headaches.

I would wait until your period has finished.  If you still have the pain in your tummy area and the headaches then do make an appointment with the doctor to check your urine for any infections.  Whilst you are on a period it is difficult to get an accurate urine strip test.

Always write down and keep a record of your menstrual cycle pattern.  It is very common to get headaches, tummy and backaches as well as irritable moods a few days before a period.  Evening primrose may help you with this.  Eating a healthy and well balanced diet with fresh fruit and vegetables and cutting down on sugary and refined foods like white bread, cakes for example with also help with the symptoms of premenstrual syndrome.

If you find that after 2 more menstrual cycles that your periods have still not normalised, then do see your doctor to test you for a hormonal imbalance and anaemia.  Anaemia can make you feel very tired as well as losing appetite.

According to the weight/height ration charts, you are slightly underweight.

Best wishes.

firez,  it's very unlikely that you're pregnant.

Do you have a way to buy a home pregnancy test?

I agree with the above! The stress of it all could be causing you to miss this month. If u need, take an ept to set your mind at ease! :-)

No, I don't think you are pregnant since you had sex more than 2 months ago and got your period for those months. Relax, your stress might be causing your late period. If you're still not reassured, try taking a pregnancy test :)
