Lost & scared about possible pregnancy

I had unprotected sex in March of this year, 3 days after my period had ended and I haven't had a period since. That's four months without!

I've only ever taken one type of birth control, one shot of Depo from July-October 2014. That's it. i had one period during that Depo shot, in September, but nothing until December. From December, my periods were regular until March. Since I had sex, I've had nothing. I had one day where I wiped very faint blood about two months after sex, but that was it.

I've taken 8 negative tests, up to four months post encounter.
I had a blood test taken by my doctor and I get the results on Monday.

I've experienced no pregnancy symptoms, but I wasn't really looking for them, so who knows.

I have no one to talk to about this and I'm absolutely terrified. Petrified. Can anyone tell me what could possibly be going on? Could I really be pregnant?

is normal to not have a period for some months due to body changes and stress can cause it too.  Get med from your dr to induce your period.  If you don't want to get pregnant then please be very careful.

So my blood test came back and said I'm not pregnant and I had a scan that also said the same thing. The nurse that did my scan told me that my uterus was empty/tight and I think she also said it was thin. So I'm finally comfortable knowing that I'm not pregnant. It's done. Now I need to find a reason why period is missing.

Just wait to see what the blood test says. There's no way for us to know to then unfortunately
