My period is late, is it pregnancy or something else ? PLEASE HELP

Okay first of all i'm 17 and i'm a virgin (never had sex) BUT i've done some stuff with my bf like handjob and fingering.
4 days ago i did a handjob for him and he "came" on my short shorts exactly where my vagina is. the shorts are thick and i was wearing underwear underneath the shorts.
but i'm scared that somehow his semen has slipped into my vagina.( because the shorts are really short)
i have anxiety and I'm really stressed that i might be pregnant some how (i read online that it's possible)
my period is a few days late. (we did our thing a few days before the day my period was supposed to be due)
could it be because of stress and sleeping problems that i've been having lately ?
is there a way to make sure that i'm not pregnant (besides pregnancy test cause I can't get it) please reply my anxiety is killing me.

thanks a lot

It is unlikely that you are pregnant. Many factors can cause a late period including stress, poor diet, anemia, hormone imbalances, weight loss or low weight, and many more. If it doesn't come in a couple of days then go to your doctor.

In future try to practice safer sex, so use condoms even if there's no penetration, go on birth control if you can, cover the head with a towel or tissue when he's close and clean up to prevent the transfer of semen to places you don't want it.
