I got really sick 3 days after conception with my first pregnancy, so it definitely is possible! I could hardly believe it but I know I have my dates right.

well the vomiting and nausea symptoms are completely gone, thank God, so far i had two test that came out neg but i think im still early if it doesn't come then ill re test, im going to book an appt with my dr anyways just to make sure it wasn't a bug or anything like it...Thanks

Thanks, I'm gonna wait til my missed period to test cause for my son the symptoms started exactly a week after missed period I think just wanna it to check if there was a possibility...Thanks again

For some women that is the first symptoms, however to have that a whole 6 days before a missed period isn't common. That would still be quite early for symptoms to show. It would be possible if you ovulated earlier than you think - therefore conceived earlier. If you're getting pregnancy related symptoms just now then it would mean there would be enough hormones to be detected in a pregnancy test.

Of course, just because you feel sick doesn't mean you are pregnancy - could be a number of other things.
