PLEASE HELP!

I have very irregular cycles. I had my period on April 26, it lasted about four days. And then on May 13th, I had my period again (unless it was withdrawal bleeding because I'm on and off the pill) and it also lasted for four days. On that day and the 14th I had unprotected sex but used the withdrawal method. Then on May 23, I started having spottings I thought I was going to have my period again but it lasted only for two days, and it did not became as heavy as my normal period. And, I have been having frequent headaches. Can that be implantation bleeding? Am I pregnant? When is the earliest that I can use an hpt for the most accurate results? I am scared that I might be pregnant. I'm just simply not ready.

Hi. A week ago, I got my period I think. It lasted for 3 days, and it was moderately heavy. Does this mean, I'm not pregnant?

So since my periods are irregular, I can have negative results even if I'm pregnant? Why is that?

You should wait a good month. But since your periods are irregular you could be pregnant and still have negative results your best bet is to go to your OB explain the situation and ask for a pregnancy test!

They are more accurate with first morning urine. It's very rare to have a false positive, but if you get a negative and your period still doesn't come then you may just be testing too early.

Thank you for your reply. If I take an hpt now, would the results be accurate?

You could be pregnant yes, any time you have unprotected sex you put yourself at risk of pregnancy. You best bet is to take a test now and phone your doctor to confirm either way. If you aren't ready to be pregnant than you really shouldn't be having unprotected sex.
