Should i take a test or is is just me??

I have severe nipple tenderness and im always hungry nothing seems to fill me up, i have very bad back pain, my sex drive has shot up so im always horny and my bf says my sex is diffrent,  im tired all the time, and i get fatigued doing the littlest things and i dont get much sleep due to discomfort, i have slight stomache cramping an little twinges here and there and ive had a little stomache bloating but it always seems to go down, dont like to eat certain things anymore the apps say i am 3 weeks and 5 days but im not sure Ive also had to pee non stop all day and all night every day??. i had a short period last month i bled the first 3-4 days then there was just brown liquuid and not many cramps also ive been leaking alot lately and my boyfriend keeps aking am i pregnant ...and my period should be about to come on...should i take a test?? Someone please help

So i woke up this morning with a wet feeling on my painties i went to the bathroom and saw it was blood so i put on a tampon because i thought it was my period, for 3 hours i had terrible stomache cramps and then all of a sudden they stopped completely. later i went back to check and there was little to no blood, but i still put another tamp on, i just went back in to see and there was little blood but i also had some brown discharge, can anyone please tell me whats going on??
