Pregnancy by fingering and dry humping

So a little over a week ago (19/4), I had an intimate experience with my boyfriend. We did not have penetrative sex, only fingering and dry humping (for the latter I had my jeans on). He came on my bare tummy afterwards . I'm not entirely sure if he had pre cum or ejaculate on his fingers during intimate contact.

I was on day 10 of my 28/29 day menstrual cycle. Since a day or two ago I've been experiencing this strange, heavy feeling in my lower abdomen and cramps. Logically I know it is unlikely, but is it a early sign of pregnancy? Could anxiety be triggering false symptoms in my body?

I really would appreciate any insight as to why I could be experiencing this feeling.
