Agreed. Cycle day 5 is not in the conventional fertile window, and little if any sperm was involved. Your breasts hurting on ovulation day may just be from a hormone boost after the sexual excitement. Please buy some condoms and insist on their proper use.

The 'pull out' method does not prevent pregnancy, unfortunately.  The penis will emit small amounts of sperm prior to the big ejaculation and it's enough to result in pregnancy.  However, the timing sounds a bit off for you if you were on day 5 of your cycle.  Probably too early although you can get pregnant any time during a cycle.  I wouldn't think plan b is needed to be honest.  Plan B is a big dose of hormones and it is guaranteed to make you irregular for a time.  Try to relax as I think you aren't pregnant.  Your breasts likely hurt because you have hormones going on making you ovulate.  And sperm really usually only  lives max 7 days.

Do use condoms though to prevent this worry!
