Pregnant or Something Else?

I have been having sore breasts, nausea, and dizziness for about three weeks now. Here's some back story:

I have been on generic Yasmin birth control for 6 years. At the end of September I was switched from Syeda to Ocella. I was about two weeks late picking up my prescription. On October 5th I was sexually active and it was during the first week of my pill pack. I ended up starting my withdraw bleed during the third week of my active pills. It was light and spotty, only when I wiped. It lasted 10 days.

About three days into the spotting I got sore breasts, which I have never gotten before. I had no cramping, but got sharp pains in my sides twice that lasted maybe a minute. After the spotting ended my breasts were still sore mostly on the sides and underneath.

A week after my withdraw bleed my breasts were still sore and I got really bad nausea and dizziness just at night when I laid down. That turned into diarrhea for two days.

Now, my breasts are sore all over and my nipples are tender to touch. Every now and then I get a pinching sensation in my breasts near my nipples. The nausea has been gone for about two days, and the dizziness hasn't been too bad.

Could this be pregnancy or is something wrong?

Other Details:
21 Years Old
Previously Regular Withdraw Bleeds
Haven't been sexually active since OCT. 5th

It still might be too early for a test. I would definitely go to a doctor though. It could be side effects from the birth control switch. Birth control messed with your hormones and could be the reason for the breast tenderness. It could also cause nausea. Definitely go to the doctor. Keep me posted! I hope everything is okay! !

Yasmin is the one they have on TV all the time that causes blood clots and what not. I noticed a couple small bumps on my nipples and they are slightly darker than they were before all this. I have no idea when my next period should be since I am so messed up haha. What has got me the most confused is that the spotting I had lasted for 10 days and that seems a little much to me. And thank you for the help too! :) I'm going to pick up a test next time I go to the store.

Sounds similar to the symptoms when I got pregnant. I stopped taking birth control. I had been on our for 6 years. Two weeks after stopping it I had bleeding before my period and three weeks later I was pregnant. I had the same type of symptoms. Is yasmin the bc that was recalled? I would take a test. When is your next expected period? Wait until then to take it. Do you have small bumps on your nipples? That is a sign of pregnancy and it usual goes along with the sore nipples. Is always good to take a test. You don't want to take it too early though. I took 4 and they were all negative until I was already a week late and the fifth was positive. I hope everything is okay. Just keep a watch on your symptoms and if they change!
