Pregnant or something is just wrong?

Hi! I’ve been worried lately. I don’t know what’s going on. Hoping you guys would give me opinions.

I’m irregular. I get my period every after three, two, or one month. I had a period on mid June 2018. On Monday, July 16, I noticed a brown discharge every time I wipe after I pee. Sometimes it’s light red, sometimes it’s dark red. Today is Friday July, 27 and I’ve been spotting since July 16. Tomorrow is gonna be the 2nd week. I took a pregnancy test on the 22nd of July and it was negative. Tested again on the 24th and still came out negative. No signs on pain too!
I’ve never had this problem before.

Does anyone know what the reason could be?

The brown discharge is old blood.  Spotting is what that's called and not abnormal to have from time to time.  I would doubt you are pregnant with the negative pregnancy test, however, your hormones seem out of whack.  I would go to your ob/gyn and have your hormone levels checked.  Too much progesterone can cause spotting and abnormal bleeding.  And that you have such irregular periods overall, it might be time to address it to get your body back on track. good luck

Thanks so much for your response! I’m bleeding more and more since 4 days ago and I think today is when I’m sure that I’m having my period. But yes, i’ll Definitely go to the gyno :)
sounds like a good plan.  take care of yourself!

It doesn't sound like you are pregnant, but you may want to just check in with the doctor since you have been spotting so long.  A fluctuation in hormones can cause spotting- and it can be normal, but since you have been spotting since the 16th- I'd just have it checked into.
