Should I be concerned or am I pregnant ?

I've been on birth control consistently for the past year. I'm usually pretty good at taking at the same time everyday. There's been once or twice where I've missed it by an hour or two but that's it.

This month I've been consistent taking it same time. I had spotting (brown discharge) for a couple half way through the month same thing hppened again when I should of got my period only lasted a day. There's no pelvic pain or itching. Is this normal should I be considered? Am I pregnant?

I've had the same partner since November we sometimes have unprotected sex but also use the pullout method. So I don't think it's an STI or at least I hope not.

I have also been quite stressed lately and I think I might have an ulcer. I've had one about 4-5years ago and I'm experiencing the same symptoms nausea/ stomach pain. I've also started night shifts 3 weeks ago so I'm wondering if that had any effects on my period.

Hi! Stress and big changes can affect your period! I'm not really sure of how it works with bc, but any stress can affect your body, specially your digestive system and hormones. I sugest you to take a pregnancy test, if you're worried, just so it won't affect your body even more.
