Should I take a test?

I was supposed to get my period on Saturday. I didn’t start until Sunday afternoon and it was only brownish and very light (only a few smears on a pad) then the next day I had intense cramping and and a light amount of brown/reddish blood and a couple clots. Yesterday was not much cramping and light spotting. Now today I’m only when I pee do I get brown blood to come out. Usually I start on Saturday and end on Friday and my period are usually heavy. Also every time after eating a few days before I after I ate I kept getting a burning sensation in the back of my throat like acid reflex or something. Should I take a test or I just had a weird period?

So, periods don't always fit a specific pattern like this.  A period is a cycle and cycles are a number of days, not a calendar following thing.  You had what is known as spotting and is old blood (brown blood is old blood).  I get that sometimes right before I get my real period.  I'm guessing your period is about to come.  HOWEVER, did you have unprotected sex?  If so, spotting can be a sign of pregnancy.
