How likely is it that I could’ve gotten pregnant?

I’m probably just being paranoid, but I was on birth control for 3 months while visiting my husband overseas, but had my last pill at around 10pm on July 20th, which was the last day of my period. After that we had unprotected sex using the pull out method (which I know isn’t 100%) until I went home on the 24th. I use the “clue” fertility tracking app and it says my fertility window is from the 30th of July to the 5th of August but I’m not sure how accurate the app is. I’ve been using the app for about a year but I might not have been as consistent as I should have. So that being said how likely is it that I could have gotten pregnant?

On a normal 28 day cycle starting July 15th the fertile window would be July 23rd through 3oth. I'm not sure why your app is giving a different answer. Maybe your cycle is normally more than 28 days and the birth control pills overrode that. Your risk is slight because pull-out is somewhat effective and you were not real close to ovulation. I suggest you run a home pregnancy test if your next period shows up missing or light.
