I had what I thought was implantation bleeding July 3-5 very light barely noticeable...I have lost of apetite but my mouth has been dry I've been killing water, feeling the need to vomit and some headaches...Should I test today or wait..If I should wait when should I test...

Sorry to ask but what color was your blood when you thought it was implantation? Were bleeding or spotting?

By the time of implantation bleeding you should be able to test because that haPpens right around the time of your missed period! Early period nausea headache and dehydration are all symptoms!  I'd go test now and get on a prenatal!

My monthly came early this month that's why I thought it was implantation bleeding no missed monthly yet not that I know of

I had implantation bleeding from july 3-8 and I tested positive the morning of the 8th! I am 5 weeks +1 today. I would try testing! When was/is your period due?
