White spots in cloudy urine what is the cause?

Last tuesday my partner and i were dry humping while i was on my period. I wore jeans, silky underwear and a pad, he was bare but he said that he didnt ejaculate he was just hard. Could he still ejaculate even though he is self controlling himself? Also for about 2 days my urine has been cloudy with some small white spots. Is this a sign of pregnancy? HELP!
FYI- i dont drink much water but the urine would be dark. Been a little stressed, and get 5 hours of sleep

Also tonight i felt discharge on my underwear and some was clear some was white with like spots from clothing like. And there was this discharge that was gooy, clear with some vein-like things on it but not alot

Ok thank you! But what if there was penetration but the my clothes were on? Also we were intimate but did not have dry sex but my discharge to me was a bit more. My partner said it seems moderate and a few times ive discharged a certain amount thats a little more but it is the same eachtime. My period is due around march 23rd but i took the test yesterday or 2 days ago during my second urination it said negative. I took another one this morning during my first urination and still negative. Ive been a little worried and one of my breasts are a bit tender. I took the test way before my period is due. Could this be accurate?

How are you? If you had your period at that time and there was no actual penetration, pregnancy is unlikely.Cloudy urine may indeed suggest concentrated urine due to low fluid intake while the white spots may be caused by urine casts, crystals or epithelial cells and may suggest a urinary tract infection. To rule this out, a urine test may need to be done.  Take care and do keep us posted.
