Worried I could be pregnant! Help!

Okay, so this past May (I think either the first or second week) is the last time I had intercourse. It was with my now Ex Boyfriend. Long story short, around June I found out he gave me Chlamydia, due to frequent urination, so I took my course of antibiotics(this was way after the last time I had intercourse) and felt better for a few weeks. But about 3 weeks later, the frequent urination came back. So I went back to my doctor, and she put me on a different course of antibiotics as a preventative until my test results came back. They came back negative, but I still finished the whole course of antibiotics anyway. I keep having to urinate frequently though. I am on the pill, and take it regularly around the same time each night. There was one time, however, I took it like 6 hours late( no I'm not on the mini pill) I believe we had intercourse a few days later. How likely is it that I could be pregnant? I have had no other symptoms. No nausea. No tender breasts. Just the frequent urination. I have had my period at the same time as always and it is definitely a normal heavy period. I took a test like 3 weeks after I last had intercourse just in case, and it came back negative. But I could have been testing too early? I am really scared to test again.  Do you think I am just worrying that I am pregnant? I am really scared because I am not ready to have a child. I also have anxiety so I tend to just worry about everything a lot. I swear I have started to just imagine pregnancy symptoms lately because I think about it constantly! Can someone tell me what they think?

You are just being paranoid from what you said it is almost impossible for you to be pregnant but if you are still panicking take another test.
