can I get pregnant?

I had an unprotected anal sex with my boyfriend on 7th January. He just tried to push it once (hardly 10sec) but it hurt me so much that we stopped. Then he ejaculated outside and he took the semen in a newspaper and a very little semen was in his fingers which he further wiped with a dry handkerchief. Then he wiped my anus and outer part of vagina with that handkerchief. Though he never entered neither his fingers nor the handkerchief inside my vagina.
After that I washed my vagina with another piece of paper and with cold water. I am still a virgin. But after that for more precaution I took an I-pill within 5 hours. The next date of my period is 22nd January.
Here my question is can I get pregnant?
I am really tensed. Please help me!
