what is meant by right ovary is not visualized and left ovary is bulky in size and cystic in nature in my usg report of the whole abdomen could i be pregnant inspite of these,I Am 38 yrs old and  issueless,i got late marriage and trying to conceive for the last 5 yrs,,,,,am i pregnant?

Forgot to say - If you think you are in the early stages of pregnancy, you can do a pregnancy test. Since you have been trying to conceive for 5 years, an endocrine workup would be worthwhile to rule out an endocrine problem (such as thyroid).

Cystic ovaries can cause abnormal hormone levels and irregular menstrual cycles and problems conceiving especially if the cysts are a result of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS). Have your menstrual cycles been regular - every 25 to 33 days or so? If not, then that may explain why you have not been able to conceive. A reproductive endocrinologist or other fertility specialist may be able to help you. Best of luck!
