Bleeding a week before period due??
Hi, I have been spotting/bleeding since Monday, at times its red and other times it's dark red, I am on birth control for 3 years now called Alesse and I have never missed a pill and take them in time every day! This is the first time it has happen! I wanted some opinions about why I think it's happening! I have been working out (intense cardio) 5 times a week, I started last Monday, also I have changed my diet completely! I use to consume crazy amounts of junk and calories and now I'm on a calorie allowance, I eat high protein and try to eat low carb! I know this is a little off topic but it may help!!
