if my due date april 16, 2009 and i conceived on july 24 2008 could the person i had protected sex with on july 11 2008 be the father of my unborn child. i told the medical assistant the first day of my last period was july 10, 2008. i am currently 30 weeks and 5 days please help

i would say no he is not the father

I doubt it. Sperm only lives up to 3 days after sex. If it was protected the chances are even less likely.

Plus if your last period started on July 10th like you told the nurse it takes about 14 days after that to ovulate.
