short of breath

hey guys.. ok so recently I noticed at work that i am getting very winded while walking short distances??? is this happening to you? I mean I am so out of breath I feel like I have to actually stop and catch my breath before I talk to anyone.... maybe the tiredness has something to do with it.. i have no clue but this is very bothering i dont like feeling like this and I def cant let my boss see me like this then she will be like what is wrong with u and ( i have not told ne one at the job about the pregnancy yet) if I am like that now I wont be able to handle work and pregnancy... anyway ... let me know what u did to not feel like this if u have this symptom!

I'm about 5 1/2 weeks along and I am just noticing how easily I get winded and even out of breath, though not quite as bad as you yet. I was in pretty good cardio shape before this, and now, even doing a 30 minute walk in the evenings completely tires me out, whereas before, I routinely did pretty hard elliptical workouts 5 days a week. Today, I had to take a break after vacuuming the house I was so winded. My energy level is just completely low overall. My doc said all of this is to be expected and not to worry.

I have that symptom, I am 26.5 weeks and have a lot of trouble walking short distances. I also had trouble early in my pregnancy. How far along are you?
