My first (son) wasn't a planned c-sec but the induction date was planned. once I went in they learned that he was face up, heart rate was dropping after trying to push for so long and too big for my "birth canal' so I had to have an emergency c-sec. This time I have a planned C-sec and honestly, I'm VERY happy with the decision. It makes it a lot easier to plan things out and I know there will be no fuss. In and out:)
My section was planned. I had twins. It was good not being worried about going into labor. I had an early time and went in a few days before for blood work. Then on the day I went in, was met by the L&D nurses, changed n sigh Ed some papers. Since it was my first they explained the procedure to me. Then my docs came and I went into the OR. I had a spinal instead of an ephidural ( hope I spelled that right). It went pretty quickly after that. The docs had started before I even knew. And I'm sure form your first experience, you know all the rest.
