bad dreams...

ok they say this is normal after givin birth but its scary! i keep havin very bad dreams bout jay. they r very vivid n seem so real to the point im scared to go back to sleep. like its 4am n i am very tired but cnt go back to slep after the dream i just had. i finally had to get up n pray. has this happened to any of yall with this or previous pregnancies??

They are very scary. This is my hubby's first kid and I think he is gonna end up having them also cuz he worries about everything as it is already. Maybe it's a stress thing. I know I'm stressed. Hopefully they don't last too long with yu, I think I only had them for a few months and then a couple times since then.

I am having the same kind of nightmares too.  My hubby had them early in the pregnancy now I get them at the end.

With my oldest son, I kept having dreams where I dropped him like a pumpkin and I would sit there crying in my dream. Then I would wake up crying for hours, it was hard but my mom said it is cuz I was only 16yrs old and he was my first. I still think it's just a jitters thing for any mom, experienced or not. I'm on my 4th kid now and I'm starting to get worried like I did when I was 16. I hope yu stop having those nightmares soon cuz yu need yur sleep. Good luck
