Sorry it has taken me so long to write but....on Tuesday 4/3 I went to the hospital at 6p.m. and was in full labor at 8p.m. I had horrible back labor and it hurt so bad it was making me sick so they gave me pain medicine and it helped a little...finally at 5a.m. on 4/4 they gave me my epidural I was 7cm dilated at this point..then at 9a.m. my doctor came and broke my water then by noon I was 10cm dilated and my beautiful baby girl was born at 1:47p.m. 4/4 she was 7pounds exactly and 19 1/2 inches long... I had to stay in the hospital an extra day because Sophia had a little bit of jaundice so she had to lay under the lights which broke me heart because I hated seeing her with the things over her eyes and she hated it and kept crying and I wasn't allowed to hold her :( I cried but once we got home everything was perfect and still is she is the best baby ever and on Wednesday she will be two weeks old lol although it doesn't seem like its been that long..it really is a blessing to be a mom I love it so much, I love being able to calm her just by my touch or the sound of my voice...I just love my family and couldn't be more happier :)

Congrats! My son had a little jaundice but I was able to take him home and they had me bring him back in 2 days and then he was still jaundiced and they told me to put him in some sunlight and bring him back in 2 days and he was fine.

Congratulations on your baby girl! My little guy will be 3 weeks this Saturday, my how time flies! I agree that it is so wonderful to be a Mom!
